How long will my order take?

Due to the custom nature of each order, it usually takes 3 to 5 days to create each final product. Orders are shipped out as soon as they are complete. The only exceptions are payments by check. In that case, the order is processed once the check has cleared.

Do you offer colored shirts?

Unfortunately, we don’t. The reason for this is because dye sublimation inks are not opaque enough to cover a colored shirt and stay true to the original image color. In order to reproduce images accurately, we can only accomplish this by using a white base to apply color to.

Will the image peel off, fade or crack over time?

Absolutely NOT! The process we use actually dyes the fabric of the product. The image is now a part of the product. The only way the image will change is if the fibers of the product are damaged. To learn more, see “the Process” section on our site.

What if I’m not happy with the product?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we will refund your money or replace your product, no questions asked. Contact our customer service department by clicking on the “Contact Us” at the top, right corner of the menu bar on any page to request a return. We will send you a postage-paid return envelope that you can use to mail back the product(s). Once we receive the return we will credit back your card, no questions asked.

What kind of image file should I send?

Jpeg files are the most common, but we can also accept .tif and .raw files.

What size image do I need to send?

A jpeg file approximately 1Mb or higher in size produces excellent results. The actual dimensions of the photo are not as important as the megapixel size. If your photo is less than 1 Mb, have no fear, our digital art team are experts at making the best of any photo. They will notify you if the quality of the image is less than adequate. Just remember, the better the photo you send, the better your product will look. If your photo is blurry or out of focus, there’s not much we can do to correct that.

What payment options are there?

We accept credit card payments directly from our site. We also accept payment by check, however, the order will not be processed until the check has cleared.

Can I send pictures other than pets?

We here at picturemypet.net are dedicated to specializing in producing the best quality product for pets only. A portion of our profits is donated to the Humane Society and other animal shelters to provide support for all animals that share our world. This is part of our mission and the reason we only do pet pictures.

I have more than one pet, can all of them be included in the design?

Many of our designs can have more than one pet in the photo image area. For those designs that don’t have a photo image area large enough, our design team can modify the design to accommodate more than one photo. When any modification is necessary, you will be sent a jpeg sample to approve before your item is produced.

I don’t have a digital photo, can I send a photo by mail?

Yes, you can. Make sure you protect your photo with cardboard to avoid damage in transit and send to: 2323 W. 190th Street, Unit”b”, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. Your original photo will be returned with your order.
